ISP Review – Unwired (Australia) – 3.5 Stars
Like anything, there are pros and cons with this service. On the cons side, it’s a bit more expensive and slower than most other ISPs. For example, my plan (16GB/month at 1024/256kbps) sets me back about $75 per month. The pros are that it’s completely portable, so it suits my life-style and I’m not locked in to a landline that I don’t need. Also, the support’s been surprisingly good. I’ve never been on hold longer than a minute and most issues are resolved immediately, with the small minority taking no more than a few hours to be sorted.
