Restaurant Review – Chashar Bliss (Hawthorn VIC) – 4 Stars
It’s very rare to walk out of a restaurant feeling like you should have paid more than you did. But with great quality mains under $20, however, that’s how Chashar Bliss makes you feel. They have the great ability to seamlessly mix classic pub food (a medium sized chicken parmigiana served with salad and some very nice thick-cut, beer-battered chips), and gourmet specialities (a seafood selection pappardelle, that any Michelin Hat seafood restaurant would be proud of). The wine list is limited, but again it’s great value. A great meal for the price of take-away – I’ll definitely be heading back.
